About This Blog

The purpose of this blog is to give students a guide as they progress through physical education. There is a lot of important information you will be getting this year, it is always nice to have material that supplements the teaching. You can refer to this site for information learned in class, activities you can do for the different sports, the rules and regulations for different sports, and just new concepts that pertain to living a healthy and active lifestyle. 

To give you an example of the types of things I will be posting, we will take a look at our first week of activities. As many of you know we will be doing fitness testing for the first week. I will post information on the benefits of each test, what muscle groups they exercise, way to strengthen and improve your scores, how to develop a good fitness plan, etc. The information posted here will not only help you in class, but hopefully give you an idea of how design fitness routines for a lifetime. 

As mentioned, I will try to post on here daily. I know not everyone is going to use this site but at least it is out there for you to look at. Thank you for reading and I will see you in class!
